Civil Site Engineer

Coordinate with the Implementation vendor and Department officials at site and monitor the assigned work for the day as per the implementation schedule prepared by the Project Manager.
Monitor the vendor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications as given in RFP
Interact daily with the Vendor / Department officials at site to interpret their needs, requirements and facilitate resolution in consultation with Project Manager
Manage field activities and ensuring the vendors executing the construction work as per engineering plans and designs given in RFP
Escalates issues / constraints at site promptly to the PM along with possible solutions if any
Ensure the vendor does share the correct progress report to all the stakeholders end of the day on regular basis without fail
Makes sure that the vendor does follow the company policies /procedures and aligned to the company objectives
Execute / Shoulder additional responsibilities as required by PM/ Project

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
3 to 5 of experience as a Civil Engineer.
