Role: IAM PM-Level 7

Location: Offshore

Job Summary -

8+ years of experience in Program Management Office.

Should have been in the role of IAM PM.

Years of experience needed -

8+ years of experience

Technical Skills:

Requires thorough understanding of Security services especially IAM related processes and technologies

Previous experience on handling IAM/Authentication projects is must

Strong understanding of a client s business, technology and process needs.

Will participate in leadership presentations to the customer.

Expertise in planning and executing IT infrastructure & support projects

Proficient in developing systems with ability to enhance IT infrastructure operational effectiveness

Managing customer centric technical operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms

Good Understanding of :

o IT security policy, procedure, design, and implementation.

o Identity access management

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Report and escalate to management as needed

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Technology:

MS Project (expert)

MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint

Oracle Identity & Access Manager

Should have been in the role of IAM PM.

Education qualification:

Bachelor s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and /or equivalent formal training or work experience.

Certifications Needed:

Certificates in relevant fields are added advantage.
