- As Project Manager the person shall be responsible to work closely with the client, overseeing all aspects of the projects. In this role you will drive the charge with project direction, metric direction and performance management.
- The candidate is expected to be an ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets and goals with creative approach to work.
- Ability to mentor team members
- Expertise to manage and deliver projects
- Set deadlines, get allocated work done, monitor and summaries project progress health and progress
- Prepare reports for senior management regarding status of projects
- Responsible to manage project starting from client kick-off to support
- Responsible for Profitability for multiple projects
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time an, within scope and within budget
- Manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate tool and techniques. The candidate must be at the top of the situation in Cost & Budget Estimation and Tracking
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage relationship with client and all stakeholders
- Analyzing & managing project risks. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain Project Documentation and Reports
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short term and long term goals
- The candidate must possess Client Servicing Skills. Shall engage in regular client interaction to ensure customer satisfaction
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Requirements Understanding: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand document project requirements.
- Methodology Implementation: Select and adapt project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to suit project needs and objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
