Role & responsibilities

Execute all requests for travel, stay, visa and forex in the most cost-effective and time-efficient manner.

- Manage the upkeep of all office resources including courier, stationery, medicines, housekeeping etc. management

- Coordinate with vendors for optimal procurement

- Manage the vendor payments & internalcoordination -Should have experience in front desk management attending calls, managing EPABX, greeting visitors, routing inquiries to correct departments.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 Years exp. with travel booking, Smart, Graduate

Should be a self-driven individual
