Job Description: Manager - Talent Acquisition

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead and optimize our recruitment strategies and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent across various functions while ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions and levels.
- Analyze hiring trends to anticipate future recruitment needs and develop proactive hiring plans.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop job descriptions, post job openings on appropriate platforms, and ensure effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to improve hiring efficiency and reduce time-to-fill.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support for meeting recruitment targets.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide consultative support.
Employer Branding:
- Develop and promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and a seamless recruitment process.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruitment agencies, and other talent partners.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with recruitment partners.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and organizational policies.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as cost per hire, time to hire, and offer acceptance rate.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on recruitment performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA in HR or a related field from a reputed institution.
- 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in managing high-volume and leadership hiring.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
