Job Title : Senior Associate
Department : IT

Job Description :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT departments, and consultants to ensure smooth implementations and maintenance across the HR Tech ecosystem, with Workday at the core.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR applications such as Workday (HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits), Total Rewards systems like HRSoft, ADP, CloudPay, and analytics tools like Visier.
- Lead software development efforts in one or more languages/frameworks such as SQL, Python, MongoDB, or.NET (optional but a plus).
- Prepare all necessary documentation, document technical solutions, and other related deliverables using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Assist end users with application/system issues.
- Be available 50% during US PST hours and 50% during India working hours to interface with US resources and autonomously guide the India HR Tech development team in solutioning.
- Lead and manage the HR Tech team members in India, taking ownership of the team's work product and quality in the context of broader initiatives.
- Liaise with the application architecture, business analysts, and PMO teams to ensure guidelines and processes across all technology initiatives are aligned properly.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computing, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience Required :
- 6-8 years of relevant HR domain experience, with hands-on development and delivery experience in the implementation of Workday applications and other HR solutions. Minimum 3 years in a team lead/manager capacity.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Workday modules such as Core HCM, Security, EIB integrations, Studio Integrations, Prism Data Warehouse, and Adaptive Workforce Planning.
- Expertise and hands-on software development experience in one or more languages/frameworks such as advanced SQL (required), Python, MongoDB, and Jenkins (good to have).
- Experience with enterprise applications integration is required.
- Strong data modeling skills and experience with diverse data structures.
- Experience with Azure and cloud technologies is a big plus.
- ServiceNow Workflow and Onboarding process experience is good to have.
- Good to have experience in Microsoft SQL Server (Integration Services, Analysis Server, Reporting Services) and Report Builders such as Power BI.
- Strong experience and versatility in application architecture, design, and implementation across a variety of platforms.
- Knowledge/Experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and Power Apps is a plus.
- Experience managing and delivering projects with Agile and traditional frameworks.
