We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AGM Talent Acquisition to lead the talent acquisition strategy for a large automotive manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle across all departments, with a focus on attracting top talent to meet the company's strategic goals. The ROLE will work closely with senior leadership and functional heads to ensure the right people are brought on board to support business growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and future workforce needs. This includes workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment marketing to attract high-caliber candidates.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team to ensure efficient, high-quality, and consistent delivery of recruitment services. Foster a high-performance culture within the team, driving accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with senior leadership, department heads, and HR business partners to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and forecast hiring needs. Provide expert advice on talent acquisition best practices to meet those needs.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously review and improve recruitment processes and systems to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the candidate experience. Ensure the implementation of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
Diversity & Inclusion:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies that promote diversity and inclusion in the workforce. Proactively seek to build talent pipelines that include diverse candidate pools.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through onboarding. Implement initiatives to maintain the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to enhance the company's employer brand. Leverage digital platforms, social media, and other channels to attract top talent and promote the company's culture, values, and benefits.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other recruitment service providers. Negotiate contracts and monitor performance to ensure value for money.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Proven experience in managing large-scale recruitment operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies in a complex, global, or multi-site environment.
