About the Role:

- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP Lead to oversee and drive the SAP implementation, optimization, and support initiatives for a leading financial group.


- The ideal candidate will lead the SAP team, ensuring seamless integration of SAP solutions with business processes, while delivering efficiency and scalability to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Strategy and Implementation:

- Develop and execute the SAP roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.

- Lead SAP implementation, upgrades, and rollouts across the organization, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Evaluate and recommend SAP solutions to address evolving business needs.

Project Management:

- Manage end-to-end SAP projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks are met.

System Optimization:

- Identify opportunities to optimize existing SAP systems for improved efficiency and performance.

- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and security standards.

Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a team of SAP consultants, developers, and support staff.

- Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their technical and functional expertise.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Act as the primary point of contact for SAP-related matters with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.

- Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements, provide updates, and align SAP solutions with business goals.

Support and Troubleshooting:

- Oversee the resolution of SAP-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and business continuity.

- Provide hands-on support for critical incidents and act as an escalation point for complex issues.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain detailed documentation of SAP processes, configurations, and customizations.

- Generate reports to track system performance, project progress, and ROI on SAP investments.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- 8-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, customization, and support.

- Expertise in core SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, and HCM; exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.

- Strong knowledge of SAP integration with other enterprise applications.

- Proven experience in leading SAP projects and managing cross-functional teams.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of financial services and regulatory requirements is a strong advantage.
