Job Description:
- Should have relevant sales experience in managing mid corporate/Large clients. Experience of minimum 6-8 years will help
- Should have done business development for acquiring NTB
- Able to write credit proposal and analyse
- Managing documentation & disbursement.
- Specific experience in evaluating Term projects, warehousing & Real estate deals.

- Satisfying and exceeding customer needs and expectations satisfying regulatory requirements
- Partner with client coverage teams to understand which JPMC suppliers are clients of the bank and partner coverage teams to coordinate around activities that impact these companies (leverage good things and mitigate negative ones)
- Partner with both sourcing and client coverage to help drive holistic decision making around sourcing deals that optimize to both the cost and delivery management objectives of JPMC client relationship
- Develop processes and governance in partnership with sourcing and LOBs that ensure the maximum value is delivered by these third party relationships including service delivery, risk management, performance management, cost savings and revenue protection / creation
- Work closely with the internal resources such as Corporate Real Estate Project Manager, finance, Enterprise Infrastructure resources, facilities management, other RMs on the team other LOB reps
- Maintaining and enhancing relationships with key customer accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity and growth
- Managing assigned risk assets portfolio in line with bank's standards of quality and profitability
- Ensuring that the quality of the credit portfolio is maintained, by reviewing proposals, identifying and assessing all risk inherent in credit exposures
- Contribute to the development and profitable growth of the real estate portfolio by developing new and expanding assigned relationships with developers/owners/managers/operators whose primary focus is on real estate development (construction) and/or income property asset ownership
