- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving our manpower planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Recruitment: Plan, forecast, and execute hiring strategies aligned with business needs while ensuring positive candidate experiences.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future organizational requirements.
- Vendor & Cost Management: Oversee vendor relationships and optimize sourcing channels to manage recruitment budgets.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with functional heads to implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives, including HR projects.
- Data-Driven Approach: Leverage MIS and hiring analytics to improve processes and decision making.
- Project Management: Execute and manage HR projects with a focus on process optimization and talent retention.
- This role requires strong business acumen, project management expertise, and critical thinking skills. Candidates with experience in talent management, retention measures, and business partnering will thrive in this position.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a proven ability to work strategically are essential.
