Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
Manage Schedules:
- Set up meetings, appointments, and reminders for the executive.
- Keep track of important events and help with time management.
Handle Communications:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages for the executive.
- Write and send emails or letters on behalf of the executive.
Arrange Travel:
- Organize travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Help with travel expense reports.
Organize Meetings:
- Set up meetings, prepare meeting materials, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Take notes or follow up on action items from meetings.
Maintain Files and Documents:
- Keep track of important documents, both digital and paper.
- Ensure everything is easy to find and properly organized.
Assist with Projects:
- Help with research, preparing reports, and supporting ongoing projects.
General Office Support:
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Provide help with any other tasks that keep the office running smoothly.
