Job Description :

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g , CCNA, MCSE, AWS, CISSP) is a plus.

- Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of networking, server administration, storage systems, and cloud computing.

- Experience with ITIL practices, IT service management frameworks, and project management methodologies.

- Knowledge of security principles and best practices, including risk assessment, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and make sound decisions under pressure.

- Experience in managing IT infrastructure in a regulated industry (e.g , finance, healthcare) is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute the IT infrastructure strategy, aligning it with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Lead the design, implementation, and management of robust infrastructure solutions, including data centres, networks, servers, storage, and cloud services.

- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure systems, monitoring key metrics and implementing proactive measures to address potential issues.

- Manage the IT infrastructure budget, forecasting expenses, optimizing costs, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, operations, security, and compliance, to ensure alignment and integration of IT infrastructure with business processes.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the lending domain and recommending strategic initiatives to leverage them effectively.

- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, managing service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation related to infrastructure management, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines.

- Should have managed physical infrastructure.
