- The Head of IT Infrastructure oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud solutions. This position also focuses on continuous improvement, disaster recovery, regulatory compliance, and team leadership to provide a reliable and efficient IT environment.

1. Oversee the private cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

2. Leading IT infrastructure strategy, design, and implementation to meet current and future business needs.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and environments.

4. Monitor and manage system health, applying patches, upgrades, and optimizations as needed.

5. Lead the migration projects between on-premises email and public cloud email.

6. Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT infrastructure.

7. Negotiate with different vendors for any IT items procurement.

8. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines related to infrastructure projects.
