Plant Finance Executive

Exide Energy Solutions is looking for a meticulous and organized Plant Finance Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling plant-level financial operations, including invoice verification, accounting, vendor reconciliations, and SAP-related transactions. This role is key to ensuring accurate and timely financial data, supporting smooth operations, and maintaining compliance with internal financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Management: Collect and verify invoices from various user departments and perform daily accounting.
• Vendor Reconciliation: Update vendor reconciliation sheets on a daily basis.
• SAP Entries: Process invoice and advance adjustment entries in SAP as per purchase orders (PO) on a daily basis.
• Payment Coordination: Prepare payment lists and arrange relevant documents for weekly payment processing.
• Open GRN Closing: Reconcile and close open GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) on a monthly basis.
• Provision Data Collection: Collaborate with different departments to gather provision data and related supporting documents monthly.
• Adjustments: Pass necessary adjustment and knock-off entries as required on a monthly basis.
• Moowr Return Management: Update the Moowr return sheet and arrange supporting documents monthly.
• Vendor Balance Confirmation: Prepare and obtain vendor balance confirmations on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Attention to detail, with a proactive approach to handling multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial data management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
