JOB PROFILE : Account Receivables

• Revision of credit limit
• Customer block / unblock in SAP
• Authorisation of institution rate in SAP
• Verification and clearance of customer credit check requests
• Preparation of various analysis reports as and when required
• Verification of pending cheque entries of Local & outstation stockists
• Verification of unmatched credit lying in stockist account
• Keeping records of institutions/ Hospitals rate contracts
• Scrutiny of debtors account and get it audited on quarterly basis
• Preparation of age wise outstanding report
• Provisions for Bad and doubtful debts and Bad debts written off.
• Preparation of Finance MPRM presentation
• Verification & clearance of pending accounting entries of sales
• Overdue outstanding follow ups with divisions
• To coordinate / followups for recovery of interest debit notes from stockists.
• Authorisation of institution order rates as per authorisation matrix
• Monitoring BTST account and followups for recovery
• Periodical Visit at various CFA / stockist locations in India
• Preparation of Various analysis on Power BI.
• Followups for recovery from Entero / Novacare
• Cash disbursement and handling petty Cash & accounting.
• Recovery of TDS debit notes from stockists.
