We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our corporate office in Nairobi as an Executive Assistant, Data Analyst & Projects Coordinator. This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives on strategic decision-making, innovation, and working closely with top management to drive growth and expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Decision Support:
- Collaborate with top management to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis and research.
R&D Specialist for Projects:
- Conduct research and development (R&D) for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Identify innovative technologies, best practices, and market trends to enhance project outcomes.
Industry Mapping:
- Monitor industry developments and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the East African construction market.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
Expansion and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities for expansion.
- Assist in analyzing M&A prospects, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Project Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between project teams, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Track project progress, prepare detailed reports, and provide updates to leadership.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze financial, operational, and market data to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards for decision-making purposes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction, real estate, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, project coordination, and strategic planning.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and project management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
