The IT Marketing Manager is a key member of the marketing team responsible for overseeing all aspects of an organization s IT marketing strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the IT industry, digital marketing trends, and best practices. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual with excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive IT marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid advertising), content marketing, events, and public relations.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and develop effective messaging.
Plan and manage the IT marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across all channels.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, identifying key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and other key stakeholders.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry and the digital marketing landscape.
Manage and mentor junior marketing team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing best practices.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
