The Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise and guidance to prospective customers. This role requires a strong understanding of our IT products and services, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for technology and a strong desire to help customers succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and identify appropriate solutions.
Conduct technical discovery calls with prospective customers to assess their needs and challenges.
Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
Answer technical questions and provide in-depth product information to customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmap.
Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and competitive offerings.
Contribute to the development of sales collateral and other marketing materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales engineering role, preferably in the IT industry.
