The IT Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on marketing data to measure the effectiveness of IT marketing campaigns. This role requires a data-driven individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data analysis tools and have a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and organize marketing data from various sources, including website analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and social media platforms.
Analyze marketing campaign performance, including website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with marketing managers and other stakeholders to identify data needs and develop reporting requirements.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in marketing analytics and data visualization.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) is a plus.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
