We have openings with one of our leading clients who is into Site Infrastructure and land development:

1. Team Member/ Sr Team Member Project Management Land Development (Exp: 5 Years to 15 Years)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale land development and earthwork projects. Develop detailed project schedules, manage resources, and ensure timely completion. Coordinate with stakeholders to address any issues and keep the project on track.
• Oversee land development for industrial projects over 1000+ acres, including grading and excavation. Ensure all activities comply with construction drawings and specifications. Implement automated technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage and optimize the deployment of machinery such as excavators, loaders, and vibro rollers. Ensure efficient use of resources and maintain high-quality standards. Conduct regular maintenance checks and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and budget estimates, ensuring cost efficiency. Monitor project budgets closely to control expenditures and enhance profitability. Collaborate with finance teams for accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Indian Standard codes and conduct quality inspections. Perform regular site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety. Address any non-compliance issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

Qualification:

B.Tech – Civil/ Electrical

Experience- 5 – 15 Years

Location- Navi Mumbai

• Large Scale Earthworks / Roadworks
• Dams / Bunds / Bridges / Reservoirs
• Ash Ponds
• Large Scale Highway Projects

2. Team Member/ Sr Team Member Project Management – Site Infra Structure (Exp: 5 Years to 15 Years)

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in infra development work at project locations including design, supply, mfg., installation and completion within scheduled timeline
• Establishing labour colony, staff township, portable site offices, warehouse, construction water infra like pipelines and any large-scale MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) scope
• Expertise in Pre-Fabricated Structures, Warehouses etc.
• Experience of establishing site infra for 5000+ people
• Experienced in the latest portable building technologies & construction materials to expedite projects
• Experience in Quantity Estimation, BOQ preparation and calculating budgetary estimate for package
• Familiar with standard codes relevant to health & safety and fire codes related to building & constructions
• Experience of construction power infrastructure (Substations, transmission lines etc., generator sets etc.) for site level usage.
• Ability to interact with local Discoms for power management, billing etc.
• Well versed with water management systems at site (ETP, STP, Drinking Water etc.)
• Experience in establishing comprehensive integration of various site infra facilities (Township, Site Office, Utilities & MEP) for smooth operation.
• Expertise in Pre-Fabricated Structures & Warehouses.
• Awareness of quality management tools like ISO, LSS etc. to ensure good quality work & management practices.
