Key Responsibilities:
- Experience 10 yrs and above as PMT in Pharma having high energy level, effective communication/ presentation/ convincing skills & proven track record of achievements.
- Candidate should have pleasing personality with good command on written & spoken over English.
- Candidate should have interpersonal & communication skills, should be self-starter, & take initiatives & aggressive with go-getter attitude to drive the business & developing clients.
- Should be well versed with the Sales & Marketing needs to help them to increase sales by being innovative.
- Having Pharmacy background & marketing degree will be given preference.
- Should be mobile, willing to travel.
- Building brands through strategic support/ Product life Cycle Management.
- Identification of new products/ markets/ new avenues of portfolio growth.
- Conceptualization & Management of brand promotion strategies, Customer Loyalty programs, innovative campaigns.
- Revenue generation for assigned portfolio, visual aid / LBL preparation.
- Monitoring & review of brand performance to ensure planned growth.
- Market research & analysis.
- Planning communication & media.
- Training.
- To support Sales team for target achievement with high productivity standards through well planned strategies & communication.
- To coordinate with support functions like Distribution, Sales planning, Finance & HR to ensure smooth operations & controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- To conduct market research & analysis of Competitor Brands & their Strategy vs Own Brands.
- Identification of right brands, product mix & potential opportunities.
- Will be responsible for devising brand plans based on SWOT analysis, brand budgeting which will include promotional planning, sample planning, Input Planning (VA, Print Inputs/ Gifts/ Special Activity/ Campaign/ etc.), Incentive Plan etc.
- To ensure effective implementation in the field with the help of RSM/ ZM/ SM to meet organizational objective of the Brands assigned as well as for New Launches.
- Monitor closely the sales as well as market data/ information.
- To train field force & business partners on company products for quality representation.
- Collect feedback from sales team, the doctors & other sources.
- To ensure ROI of brands & provide periodic reports & recommendations to Business Development team.
- Maintain projected brand expenses vs actual brand expenses, effective & optimum utilization of brand expenses (allocated).
- Briefing the field force & facilitate their understanding of Products Strategy in Cycle meetings.
- Organize Seminars, Symposiums & congresses/ Academic activities with the help of FF involving KOL doctors of territories to enhance their product knowledge in clinic effectiveness.
- Assist Marketing Manager in identifying & developing New Product & preparation of Annual Business Plan.
- Setting targets/ objectives for assigned brands, as well as for New launches in consultation to Sale & Managers keeping in mind the market trend & divisional objective & potential of brands with respect to operational market.
- Master's/Bachelor's in any related field.
