Key Requirements:
- Candidates must demonstrate a successful history of acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts within the B2B IT sector.
- Proven ability to manage and exceed sales targets, with a track record of achieving annual sales of at least 4-5 Crore INR.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Networking, Computing, Collaboration, Virtualization, Datacenter Build, Managed Services, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Excellent understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs within the IT industry.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels, build strong relationships, and negotiate contracts.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams, set performance goals, and drive team success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales plans and forecasts to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
