Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and report on civil construction projects from site planning to execution.
  
• Oversee project activities such as excavation, earthwork, concrete works, MEP installations, and finishing works.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  
• Conduct regular site monitoring to identify potential issues early on and implement corrective actions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction management).
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline; M.Tech preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of infrastructure development processes including project planning, execution, monitoring & reporting.
