Head- Planning & Billing

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities, and prepare rate analysis for civil works.
  
• Conduct quantity surveying activities such as bill checking, billing, and payment follow-up.
  
• Create bar bending schedules (BBS) and subcontractor billing plans.
  
• Perform planning and analysis tasks including preparation of project schedules, budget estimates, and cost control reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with QS standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or related field from real estate industry.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (M.Tech).
  
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, infrastructure development, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and subcontractor billing.
