Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
  
• Prepare interview schedules, send notifications to candidates, and conduct pre-screening calls with potential recruits.
  
• Follow up on the status of open positions after each stage of selection process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (HR/IR).
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of infrastructure development projects, irrigation systems, canals, real estate construction processes.
