Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and optimize project progress.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety standards, and compliance with regulations.
  
• Develop and implement effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation of project records, including reports, logs, and correspondence.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction management).
  
• Diploma holder in Civil or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of infrastructure development principles (highways, bridges, earthworks) and building codes.
  
• Proven track record in supervising multiple sites simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
