Purchase Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage purchase operations, including procurement planning, material procurement, infrastructure management, and vendor development.
  
• Oversee the entire purchase process from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, improve quality, and increase supply chain efficiency.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the purchasing process.
  
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and optimize inventory levels.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-20 years of experience in Purchase Management or related field (Real Estate industry preferred).
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline; MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management an added advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of Purchase Planning, Inventory Control, Materials Management, Logistics & Warehouse Management principles.
