- We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition to manage and enhance our hiring processes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality pipeline of candidates to support business needs.
- This role involves proactive sourcing, collaborating on manpower planning, managing the assessment and onboarding processes, and maintaining talent acquisition metrics and budgets.
Key Deliverables:
- Build and manage a strong talent pool to support ongoing business requirements.
- Source candidates for retail roles through channels such as headhunting, campus hiring, and social media.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Head to assess current and future hiring needs.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and lead end-to-end assessment centers.
- Handle offer issuance, negotiations, and appointment letter issuance.
- Complete joining formalities and collaborate with the Learning & Development team for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain the Talent Acquisition dashboard and manage recruitment budgets.
- Oversee and optimize relationships with recruitment vendors.
- Track and reduce the average cost per hire and minimize incidental hiring expenses.
Key Skills:
- Gradate/PG in business administration, HR or a related field. (MBA is a plus)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to connect the dots.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Problem-solving orientation
