Role & responsibilities
2. Develop and implement Location specific HR strategy in line with the business objectives.
3.Retention -ensure engagement and retention of talent pool and build a robust talent pipeline for key positions and address employee grievance
4. PMS -Implement annual objective programme & performance appraisal system for timely Annual Revision
5.Training & Development Develop Skill Matrix and implement training plan according to the needs
6.Employee Engagement -Implement a robust engagement, recognition framework in order to ensure a high level of engagement level in the organization.
7.HR MIS Dashboard: Maintain relevant HR Dashboard/Metrics to enable decision making
8.Administration: Provide necessary administrative support across organization & Maintain cost/budget
9.Statutory - Ensure adherence to statutory compliances in respect of all Establishments
