Job Title: Semi-Qualified CA Risk Assessment & Compliance Executive

Location: Chhatarpur, Delhi (On-Site)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Semi-Qualified CA with a strong foundation in financial accounting, risk assessment, and compliance. The ideal candidate will assist in risk analysis, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Risk Assessment

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of sales, expenses, and financial reports using Zoho Books.
• Investigate unexpected changes in asset, liability, or equity accounts.
• Identify and rectify negative balances in fixed assets, bank accounts, and debtors.
• Assess gaps in advance payments vs. invoices and accounts payable vs. receivable.
• Evaluate the treatment of Capex vs. Opex for fixed assets.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of unrecorded expenses, accruals, and provisions.

2. Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure timely compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
• Assist in internal audits and verify compliance with internal control procedures.

3. Miscellaneous Tasks

• Support financial reporting and risk control initiatives as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: CA-Intermediate or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-3 years in accounting, finance, or risk assessment (preferably in e-commerce or retail).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books, MS Excel, and accounting software.

• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
