Job Title: Logistics Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Logistics Executive to manage reporting, root cause analysis, process improvement, and customer support within our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, and experience in logistics support roles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regular Reports & Analysis

• Generate and distribute management reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Create Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports for various cross-functional departments.
• Perform data analysis and data cleaning for effective periodic reporting.

2. Root Cause Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on various logistics issues.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and provide detailed pendency reasons.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process flow.

3. Process Improvement

• Analyze business information to identify process enhancement opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Insights and Monitoring

• Continuously monitor reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Present findings and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

5. Customer Support (Logistics Support)

• Proactively reach out to customers to gather information on RTOs and delays.
• Investigate reasons for RTOs and delayed deliveries and provide resolutions.
• Maintain professional communication, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding their returns and delayed deliveries.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and document findings for process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables, Logical Functions).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL/BI visualization tools (preferred).

Educational Background & Experience

• Graduate (B.Tech/B.Com/BCA or related fields).
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, reporting, or customer support roles.
• Prior experience working with cross-functional teams to generate reports and dashboards.
• Additional analytical courses or certifications are a plus. Soft Skills & Communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience handling customer calls related to delivery issues or returns is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), RTO (Return to Origin), DTO (Delivery to Order) processes.

• Familiarity with industry-specific logistics software or CRM systems.

• Certifications in Customer Service or Logistics Management.

• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to coordinate with different departments.

• High accuracy in data processing and tracking.
