We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with employees and management in our organization. The HRBP will act as a strategic advisor, providing HR expertise in areas such as employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development. This role requires strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights to influence decision-making and workforce planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Talent Management & Development:
- Support talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and career development.
- Facilitate leadership training and development programs.
Workforce Planning & Organizational Development:
- Assist in designing and implementing organizational change initiatives.
- Identify skill gaps and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee HR metrics, reporting, and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and industry regulations.
- Manage compensation and benefits discussions in partnership with HR leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with HR software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) is a plus.
