Job Profile: Senior Manager - Marketing

Location: Chhatarpur, Delhi

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager of Marketing to lead our marketing team and execute innovative strategies to drive brand awareness, growth, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, team leadership, and the ability to leverage data to make strategic decisions. As a Senior Manager, Marketing, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and external partners, to create impactful marketing campaigns and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Execution:

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Oversee the planning and implementation of campaigns across digital, print, and experiential platforms.

2. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering an environment of growth, creativity, and collaboration. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment across all channels.

3. Brand Development & Positioning:

Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing efforts. Develop innovative strategies to strengthen the company's brand presence, both online and offline, while monitoring and adapting strategies based on market trends.

4. Digital Marketing & Analytics:

Oversee the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising. Analyze and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize strategies and achieve measurable results.

5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

Conduct regular market research to stay abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Use this data to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

6. Budget Management:

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI). Monitor campaign expenses and adjust strategies as necessary to stay within budgetary constraints.

7. Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales and product teams, to ensure that marketing initiatives support business goals and drive customer acquisition and retention.

8. Content Creation & Strategy:

Lead the development of content strategies, including overseeing the creation of high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, email, and other marketing materials. Ensure content resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

- Experience managing a team and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including social media, SEO, - SEM, Google Analytics, and email marketing.

- Expertise in market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.

- Ability to think strategically and creatively, while also being detail-oriented and results-driven.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
