Job Profile - Digital Marketing Head
Location : Chhatarpur, Delhi
Department: Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth through the D2C website.
- Lead the marketing team in creating and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
P&L Management:
- Own the P&L for the D2C business unit, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet financial targets.
Brand Management:
- Enhance brand awareness and loyalty for DentalKart and its private label brands through online channels.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all digital marketing channels.
Digital Marketing:
- Optimize the company's online presence through SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
E-commerce Optimization:
- Improve the user experience on the D2C website to increase conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the product and IT teams to implement website enhancements and new features.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the dental industry.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market conditions to stay ahead in the market.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to enhance customer engagement.
Coordination with Sales Channels:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals.
- Coordinate marketing activities with other e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure continuous learning and professional development within the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field along with an MBA.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing in a senior role, with a significant focus on e-commerce and D2C channels.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and social media platforms
