Role Overview:
The HR Manager will oversee HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and recruitment while ensuring seamless execution within the organization. The ideal candidate should have experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) and a background in startup environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Execution
- HR Contact: Ensure smooth HR operations.
- Coordination with Service Providers: Manage payroll, HRBP support, compliance, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee engagement, Performance Management System (PMS), policies, and training.
- Lead strategic HR planning, compliance, and HR registrations.
- Manage hiring processes with recruitment partners.
- Employee Engagement & Development
- Engagement Initiatives: Enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Training Programs: Implement training to improve performance.
- Performance Management: Align PMS with organizational objectives.
- HR Compliance & Policies
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Collaboration: Work with external partners on statutory compliance.
- Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between internal teams and external HR providers.
- Updates to Leadership: Provide regular updates to leadership on HR matters.
- Collaboration: Support talent management efforts with department heads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years in HR management, with HRBP experience and a background in startups preferred.
- HR Knowledge: Strong familiarity with payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
- Management Experience: Previous experience managing third-party HR services is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptability: Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
