- Based in Hyderabad, our founders operate a fintech NBFC with 800 employees and an annual turnover of nearly - 300 crores.

- With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we are expanding our portfolio and aim to establish a family office, potentially launching an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).

Role Overview :

- As the Head of Wealth & Investments, you will be essential in managing and growing investment portfolios valued between - 200 to - 500 crores.

- You will oversee funds from both Indian and international entities, adeptly navigating the complexities of investment ecosystems while balancing risk and reward.

- Reporting directly to the promoters-who possess extensive financial expertise and global exposure-you will collaborate to define and execute the organization's wealth strategy for sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Portfolio Management: Manage and expand investment portfolios, including funds from family offices, Indian businesses, and international entities.

- Investment Strategy: Create and implement innovative, risk-adjusted strategies to optimize returns while protecting capital.

- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analyses, including risk assessments, to identify promising investment opportunities.

- Market Insights: Keep informed on market trends, regulations, and economic developments to align strategies with emerging opportunities.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the promoters, providing detailed insights into investment decisions and portfolio performance.

- Risk Management: Explore unconventional investment options while ensuring alignment with risk appetites and organizational goals.

- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key players in the financial ecosystem to capitalize on growth opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Experience: 5-10 years in wealth management, portfolio management, or investment roles within family offices, NBFCs, or similar settings.

- Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and growing diverse portfolios, including listed securities and unlisted companies.

- Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of domestic and international investment ecosystems, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
