Thoth Infrastructure - Associate - Infrastructure/Real Estate Investment (1-4 yrs)

Thoth Infrastructure is a infrastructure and real estate company focusing on the intersection of transportation and real estate - transit and transit-oriented development. We in stealth mode, are rapidly expanding and require a young ambitious investment associate.

Job Responsibilities:

Modelling (Most Important) :

- Build a 3 statement detailed financial model from the ground up. Organised and hardworking to work on multiple projects at a time.

- The modelling capability should include creating from scratch detailed equity models with IRR, payback, pro forma financial statements, automated sensitivity testing, etc

- Create business models for various RE and infrastructure asset classes

- Statistical analysis of large data sets.

- Business Plan Development and Board Presentations :

- Develop detailed presentations for investors including the development of risk mitigation strategies.

- Create detailed business model and benchmarking for various asset classes

Business Line Development:

- Work hand-in-hand with other executives to incubate new businesses, develop vendor partnerships, and

- Experience : 1-3 years of relevant on-ground investment or investment banking experience with lots of excel experience

- Communication & Writing Skills: Needs to be top-notch

- Education: MBA from a top 5 institute with preferred bachelors in Engineering/Architecture
