Zenworx Knowledge Partners - Analyst/Senior Analyst - Financial Modeling (3-15 yrs)

Our projects encompass the entire transaction spectrum, including initial investment screening, business and financial due diligence, market entry and sizing, as well as post-closing portfolio company updates. Position : Analyst/Senior Analyst - Financial Modeling

Role and Responsibilities:

- Building an integrated financial model from scratch and be confident auditing or amending working models

- Familiar with standardized financial metrics (sales, gross margin, net income) and non-standardized financial terms (Non-GAAP metrics including EBITDA, free cash flow, capital employed)

- Applying appropriate sensitivity and scenario analysis to support investment actions

- Create financial benchmarking sheets to track key financial / operating metrics of peer companies

- Manual and automated screening of companies across sectors for further deep-dive analysis

Skills/Experience :

- 3+ years of experience building complex financial models (investment research, private equity, or investment banking preferred)

- Understands the concept of Enterprise Value, Net Debt and Equity Value

- Familiar with standard valuation methodologies and key financial ratios, incl. profitability margins, liquidity and solvency ratios

- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, functions, macros, VBA)

- High attention to detail

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA, MBA, or similar qualifications are a plus
