Working Timing -

Monday to Friday - 10.30am to 8.00pm IST

Saturdays - 10.30am to 5.30pm IST

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.

PREFER CANDIDATES CA QUALIFIED OR CA INTER.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Transactions: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely recording of financial data.
• Invoicing and Billing: Prepare and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accurate records.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports as needed.
• Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Tax Documentation: Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and filings.
• Other Duties: Perform other finance-related tasks and projects as required.
