Vasa Denticity - Brand Manager - eCommerce Marketplace (4-7 yrs)

About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to lead the growth and development of our business on eCommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing campaigns, building brand presence, and overseeing a team of 7-10 members to achieve organizational goals.

Role: Brand Manager - E-Commerce Marketplace

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Marketplace Growth:

- Drive sales growth on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart and Optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory operations.

2. Campaign & Promotion Management:

- Plan and execute campaigns (e.g., Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) and Maximize conversions through promotions like Lightning Deals and Coupons.

3. Brand Building:

- Enhance product descriptions, A+ content, and media and strengthen brand positioning and visibility on marketplaces.

4. Data Analysis:

- Monitor KPIs (e.g., CTR, ROAS) and provide actionable insights and stay updated on marketplace trends.

5. Vendor Management:

- Maintain relationships with marketplace account managers and ensure product availability and timely launches.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's/MBA in Marketing or Business.

2. Expertise in Amazon and Flipkart Seller Central, and analytics tools (e.g., Helium and 10).

3. Strong leadership, analytical, and creative content skills.
