Employee Relations & Workplace Dynamics:

- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and manage complex HR issues effectively.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

- Proactively address risks and maintain a compliant HR infrastructure.

Compensation & Benefits Leadership:

- Lead the development of competitive compensation frameworks and benefits programs.

- Oversee payroll and employee welfare initiatives to ensure fairness and equity.

Learning & Organizational Development:

- Identify training needs and champion professional growth through innovative learning programs.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Organizational Culture & Engagement:

- Shape initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8 years in senior HR leadership roles with a proven track record of success.

- Deep expertise in labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.

- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to operational excellence.
