Job Profile - Performance Management Specialist

Location - Chhatarpur, Delhi

Experience - 3-6 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and oversee performance management systems (PMS) across the organization.

2. Design Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various roles, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

3. Provide guidance and training to management and employees on the PMS processes.

4. Regularly assess and optimize the PMS framework to ensure alignment with business goals and employee development.

5. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, offering insights for improvement and career development.

6. Lead the annual performance review process, ensuring timely and objective evaluations.

7. Collaborate with department heads to create performance improvement plans (PIPs) where necessary. 8. Analyze performance data and prepare reports for leadership, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management, HR, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of KRAs (Key Result Areas) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Excellent understanding of PMS tools and systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with an ability to interpret and use data effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently as well as in a team environment.
