Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Analyst to join the CEO's Office. This strategic role involves close collaboration with departmental leaders to drive business performance, align key initiatives, and ensure organizational goals are achieved. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with expertise in strategy development, project management, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Coordination:

- Work closely with the CEO and department leaders to define, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives.

- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and vision.

KRA & KPI Management:

- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for various functions.

- Facilitate regular reviews to assess progress and implement corrective measures when needed.

Project Management:

- Oversee and manage critical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive project success and resolve any roadblocks.

Goal Tracking & Review Management:

- Develop and maintain tools for tracking departmental and organizational goals.

- Organize and manage periodic reviews to evaluate progress and realign strategies as required.

Cross-Functional Strategy:

- Develop cross-functional strategies tailored to specific business needs.

- Facilitate collaboration between departments to enhance operational efficiency and achieve common goals.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze data to derive actionable insights and present findings to the CEO and leadership team.

- Create dashboards and reports to provide a clear view of performance metrics and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution, preferably with a focus on Strategy, Business Analytics, or related fields.

Experience:

- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in business analysis, strategy, or similar roles.

- Proven track record in collaborating with senior leadership and managing cross-functional projects.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and project management software.

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in KPI tracking and reporting.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in working closely with C-suite executives.

- Exposure to healthcare or similar industries is a plus but not mandatory.
