Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business objectives.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.

- Lead and mentor the HR team to drive excellence.

Talent Management:

- Shape recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.

- Oversee end-to-end talent lifecycle processes, including onboarding, development, and retention initiatives.

Performance Excellence:

- Design and implement robust performance management systems to drive accountability and growth.

- Facilitate ongoing feedback, goal-setting, and employee development frameworks.

Employee Relations & Workplace Dynamics:

- Foster a positive, engaging, and collaborative workplace culture.

- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and manage complex HR issues effectively.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

- Proactively address risks and maintain a compliant HR infrastructure.

Compensation & Benefits Leadership:

- Lead the development of competitive compensation frameworks and benefits programs.

- Oversee payroll and employee welfare initiatives to ensure fairness and equity.

Learning & Organizational Development:

- Identify training needs and champion professional growth through innovative learning programs.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Organizational Culture & Engagement:

Qualifications & Skills:

- Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7+ years in senior HR leadership roles with a proven track record of success.
