Lead Generation Specialist

Engage with unmanaged/managed accounts of Rockwell Automation to generate revenue via Demand Generation

Role & responsibilities

▪ Acting as TAM end to end Lead Management & Reporting

▪ Managing Lead Gen end to end along with Database (Internal/External)

▪ Tele-calling for fixing appointments in Large Enterprises

▪ Lead Identification, qualification, nurturing and allocation to channel

▪ Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

▪ Maintain and expand database of prospects

▪ Regular Communication to customer/partners in form of newsletters, EDMs, Webinars etc (pls note all creative designing and creation will not be the responsibility of TAM)

▪ Manage inbound leads as per the defined criteria.

Also generate outbound leads through tele prospecting channel.

Graduate or Post Graduate (Mechanical Engineering) Only

▪ Experience within a sales and account management background with IT Sales experience

▪ Self starter with a high energy level & Self Motivated.

▪ Ability to work with all levels of individuals.

▪ Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

▪ Dynamic presenter with the ability to translate technical thoughts to everyday language.

▪ Skilled in thinking strategically and tactically.

Preferred candidate profile

Desired candidates should have excellent communication skills ( ENGLISH ) with minimum 1-2 Years experience into B2B IT Lead Generation / B2B Sales / Demand Generation with Graduation into Mechanical Engineering only.
