Hr Compliance Specialist

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced HR Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of relevant experience in compliance management. The HR Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the array of statutory norms and legal acts governing the organization and identifying indicators of non-adherence to policies or codes of conduct.

Thorough comprehension of PF and ESI laws.

Familiarity with labor laws and their implications.

Ensuring compliance with norms through proactive measures.

Utilizing software for efficient filing of returns.

Documenting all statutory norms comprehensively.

Managing grievances effectively. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.

Assisting employees in the withdrawal and transfer process as part of grievance management.

Securing new registrations and renewals under various labor laws according to the organization's needs. Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

4-5 years of experience in HR compliance or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred candidate profile

Desired Candidate Should Have Good Communication Skills ( ENGLISH ) With Minimum 5 Years Experience into HR Compliance

1. Knowledge on Statutory compliances like, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity etc
2. Knowledge on different acts like Maternity Act, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishment Act, CLRA Act etc.
3. Hands on experience on S&E license, CLRA license, CLRA Audits etc
4. Experience on handling labour cases. Experience on visiting Labour courts and liasioning with Govt. Officials
5. Audits: Front end client and Vendor audits
6. Managing labour authority inspections
7. Employment Laws: Provide advice and guidance to leadership regarding any changes to ER/ Labour Laws/Rules/Regulations/Notifications etc.
