HR Compliance- Associate Manager/ Manager

Roles & responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling compliance activities related to payroll compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF) and establishment compliance (Shop Act, CLRA Act etc), Trade License, Apprentice act etc.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities.
• Taking care of monthly inputs for various register, returns, challan preparation.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labour laws and industry standards. Address any compliance issues and implement corrective actions
• Act as the Point of Contact for the Vendors regarding statutory filings, compliance, and providing guidance.
• Work closely with HR, legal, and management teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of compliance policies.
• Employee grievance handling
• Handling various internal and external audits
• Notice and inspection handling
• Person should be strong knowledge in excel

Skills Required

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR compliance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
