Tele Account Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling:

• Conduct B2B outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce cloud-based IT solutions.
• Qualify leads based on client needs, budget, and interest.

1. Lead Generation:

• Identify potential businesses in the target market through research and outreach.
• Maintain and update a database of potential clients and leads.

1. Client Interaction:

• Build strong relationships with decision-makers, including IT managers, CTOs, and other executives.
• Provide high-level information about the benefits and features of cloud solutions.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and conversion strategies.
• Schedule product demos or consultations for the sales team.

1. Follow-Up:

• Regularly follow up with potential clients to keep them engaged and address any queries.
• Track and manage all communication in the CRM system.

1. Reporting:

• Provide daily/weekly reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
• Analyze and share feedback on outreach strategies for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of English (both spoken and written).
• Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing and IT solutions (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Soft Skills:
