Job Description

Position Background and Purpose: Denave is a sale-enablement services organization with multiple lines of businesses (LOB/BUs) including Intelligent Data Services, Business Analytics, Technology Platforms, Digital Marketing, Customer Outreach, Field Sales & Marketing and Demand Generation. The Demand Generation BU currently contributes to 52% of the overall company revenue. This BU houses all Lead-Generation, Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-Marketing teams – with Delivery centres across 5 locations currently - India (Noida, Bangalore), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), UK (Woking), and Korea (Seoul).


Target Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate would be one from a business or knowledge process outsourcing services and operations background, and preferably those who have demand generation as a process that they handled or have led a large demand generation (ISR and digital marketing) team for promoting their services business. The incumbent needs to be a strong advocate for productivity improvement, profitability and increasing ROI for every customer; and needs to be able to roll up their sleeves and get into the details at a project and resource productivity level, as the need arises.


Roles/Responsibilities:

Overall Division profitability

  • Lead Global Demand generation programs from Concept to execution, managing the overall sales lifecycle of the projects, driving measurable outcome of ROI, Service level profitability and contribute to overall revenue growth objectives of the company

Demand Generation Strategies for growth and scale

  • Capability to drive sales and marketing services using a combination of digital outreach and people-led operations supported by intelligent data, state-of-the-art technology platforms, and analytics and insights to help clients enhance their marketing and sales impact.
  • Knowledge and ability to drive complex sales cycle operations for Enterprise, mid-market and SMB targeted products and services of our clients, that adopts Ideal customer profiling, sales propensity mapping, customer intent generation, efficient marketing mix usage, omni channels usage and best of breed technology platforms for optimum user experience, efficient sales operations, focused on reducing CPQ/CPL and increasing ROI of every project.

Efficiency and effectiveness of Demand Generation programs

  • Guide, design and manage tactics in the overall marketing mix, based on a buyer’s journey, to increase engagement, response rates and conversion. Work with campaign directors to create KPIs, goals and objectives, and campaign briefs to support execution and implementation, including nurture strategies that incorporate digital retargeting, organic, inbound, and outbound conversion

Funnel and Conversion efficiency

  • Develop and execute overall integrated program/ campaign plans to directly contribute to pipeline and revenue objectives while ensuring overall quality standards are met/exceeded across each touch point
  • Driver Upsell, Cross Sell and renewal initiatives

Customer Experience and retention

  • Develop and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction and experience resulting in growing retention, upsell, cross-sell and geo-expansion opportunities.
  • Focus on delivering excellence in operations to ensure 70%+ retention of revenue, and generating additional NRR (net new revenue) from existing clients.
