Position Background and Purpose: Denave is a sale-enablement services organization with multiple lines of businesses (LOB/BUs) including Intelligent Data Services, Business Analytics, Technology Platforms, Digital Marketing, Customer Outreach, Field Sales & Marketing and Demand Generation. The Demand Generation BU currently contributes to 52% of the overall company revenue. This BU houses all Lead-Generation, Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-Marketing teams – with Delivery centres across 5 locations currently - India (Noida, Bangalore), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), UK (Woking), and Korea (Seoul).
Target Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate would be one from a business or knowledge process outsourcing services and operations background, and preferably those who have demand generation as a process that they handled or have led a large demand generation (ISR and digital marketing) team for promoting their services business. The incumbent needs to be a strong advocate for productivity improvement, profitability and increasing ROI for every customer; and needs to be able to roll up their sleeves and get into the details at a project and resource productivity level, as the need arises.
