Sales Auditor

Role & responsibilities

• Sales Data Auditing: Review sales data for discrepancies, completeness, and alignment with business goals.
• Forecast Validation: Assess the accuracy of sales forecasts by comparing them with actual performance, identifying any patterns of over/under-estimation.
• Internal Control Evaluation: Evaluate internal controls related to the sales and forecasting process and make recommendations for improvements.
• Reporting: Create and present audit reports, highlighting discrepancies, trends, and any areas of concern.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure that the sales data and forecasts comply with internal policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Data analysis (Excel, basic data visualization)
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple audit projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Audit or compliance experience, preferably in a sales/revenue environment.
